FAQS
TINY HOME VS RV THIS IS PROBABLY THE BEST QUESTION OUT THERE.
The easiest way to answer is a Tiny Home is exactly as it sounds, a HOME. The quality of construction all the way through is far superior to RV construction. Starting with the heavy-duty steel frame to the final interior finishes are all quality products. Each tiny home is hand crafted to perfection in lieu of the mass production of RV’s.

are a power source, water availability and disposal of black and gray water. Each tiny home will be setup per the customers specifications. We do offer the ability to be self-sustainable and not connect to anything. Please contact us for more information.
RV CERTIFICATION
Our homes are our suited for RV specs so you can connect properly at RV Parks. However, we do not carry the RV Certification.
LEAD TIMES
Our homes can be built in 30 days once we have the hand-crafted trailer. Trailer lead times are running up to 60 days so, overall turn-around time would be 2 to 3 months and can be longer based on current work schedule.
ADU’s
Tiny houses in backyards can act as accessory dwellings units (ADUs). You can find the vast majority of tiny homeowners in this set-up, parked on the property with a primary residence. It’s a practical, convenient option. The environmental impact is lower, through the use of available land and existing infrastructure.
